We were able to get the surface snow to move with ski cuts. This wet-loose avalanche in the picture was small, 20' wide, and ran about 40'.

South aspects were getting heated and producing small loose-wet point releases and rollerballs

Observations

We skied steep terrain and were only able to get minor sluffing on Northerly aspects. Our pit test results were hard. Good soft snow was abundant on Northerly terrain despite the temperature. We were looking for shade by 11am.
