Touchy hand shears on an east aspect led us to compression tests.
Results at 7100 feet on a due east aspect
2x CTE SC @ 30 cm down
ECTP 11 @ 30 cm down
The concerning layer was comprised of roughly 5 mm buried surface hoar, and is 2-5 cm under a thin crust.
Lots of whumpfs(at least 20) above 6500 feet on north and east aspects.
