This is a small natural slide that occurred on the lower portion of the face of the Sargent's Bowl this afternoon sometime around lunch time. This slide looked a little bigger in person than it does in these pictures, even though it was not an avalanche with a deep crown. We experienced lots of fun surface sluffs throughout the day today closer to the resort. One thing of note was that the wind seemed to deposit snow from the east overnight.
Things were warming up and the sun was out in full force when we saw this during the afternoon.
